About Joanne

Joanne Shawcross has a background in General Management and Human Resources and is a New York trained Image Consultant and Personal Shopper. Her trainers, two of the most highly-qualified in the world, included Lynne Henderson Marks, AICI, CIM, President of London Image Institute and Dominique Isbecque AICI, CIP, founder of the New York Image Resource Center.

Joanne is based on the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has a wealth of contacts in the Mallorcan fashion and beauty industry and can quickly source a wide range of clothing, accessories and treatments according to her clients’ individual requirements.

As a mother of an active nine-year old son, and with her own busy professional and social life, she understands the importance of having a wardrobe that works on both a practical and aesthetic level.
