As an Image Consultant with a background in General Management and Human Resources, I can honestly say that Image DOES Work.

My life-long interest in both fashion and people has made me realise that when a person (whatever their age or size) is stylishly dressed, with clothes that complement their colouring and flatter their shape, they seem to look younger, have more confidence, and make far more of an impression.

A lucky few people are born with a great sense of style and seem to have the knack of throwing together even the most unlikely pieces and creating a fantastic look. However, good fashion sense can also be learned and a few simple but personalised guidelines will ensure you look great at all times.

This does not mean you have to be a slave to fashion. On the contrary, it’s essential you learn what suits you, your body and colouring and how to make the clothes work for you.

Celebrities in the public spotlight such as Prince Charles, Cherie Blair and Victoria Beckham use image consultants because they are well aware that image is both external influence as well as inner confidence.

But looking good is not just a privilege of the rich and famous. We all deserve to make the most of ourselves.
